Papa's Einkorn Bread

Eat einkorn for nutrition and flavor; my grandchildren love it. Each time I create a new loaf, I am further impressed at this ancient grain. You won’t be disappointed once you start incorporating einkorn wheat into your lifestyle.

While all the kids love this bread, it is a particular favorite of my oldest grandson who enjoys joining me to bake in the kitchen and of course, eating it with me afterwards.
