Mike's Food Influence
My mother taught me to cook from an early age. She did not raise 3 boys and 2 girls with the notion that some tasks were relegated to the girls only.
Over the past 40 years, Trisha and I passed on to our children the value of a well balanced life. While food is only a part of this equation, knowing what ingredients are in the foods we eat will have a major impact on our health and well-being.
We are facing a major crisis with the way our modern food is produced, and while it is difficult for one person to change this money-driven system, we can take personal responsibility for what we eat. When a sufficient amount of people choose healthy over mass production, companies begin to cater to this growing group.
Here at 4life Kitchen, we desire to pass on some recipes with quality ingredients that elevates flavors, while promoting longevity.
