Healthy White Bean Hummus

Worried about the controversy involving store bought hummus? Learn to make your own. Easy, healthy and safe with incredible taste.

Ingredients

2 cups small white beans 

1/2 cup olive oil 

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup tahini 

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic salt 

1 tsp chipotle or cayenne 

add some homemade fermented chili sauce 

Directions

Soak beans overnight, drain liquid and then cover 1/2-1 inch with water. Bring beans to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for an hour or until tender and then let cool. Save the liquid from the beans and add as needed. Mix all ingredients in a. blender till a preferred consistency.
