Chili Sauce
This is a healthy and simple recipe to have a homemade fermented hotsauce that is on par with siracha or sambul sauce. Delicious in soups, salad dressings, sauces or just as a spicy compliment to a snack.
Ingredients
1 cup of Serrano Peppers
1 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
blend the three ingredients together​ then place in jar with loose-fitting lid. let ferment on counter for 4-5 days. then place in fridge or freeze.
