Black Bean Hummus

Healthy and nutritious and fiber enriched. This tasty appetizer will not spike your sugar and it is easy to make. Wow your friends with a real treat that has all the flavor you want to give this dish.

Ingredients

Black Bean base from dried beans:

1 lb black beans or 2 cups

1 bay leaf

1 tsp chipotle

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp red chili flakes

Directions

Soak beans overnight in water

The next day Bring to a boil

then let simmer with a lid on for one hour

pour liquid into a bowl and set aside 

Put cooked beans into a food processor
