Shishito Pepper Appetizer
When you want to serve an impressive appetizer, this recipe will excite your friends. When I sever these, they are always a winner. The prep time is minimal and the results are incredible.
take your peppers and coat them (this is easy to do by putting in a bag and shaking) with olive or avocado oil. Take the peppers and place onto the grill on high heat. they will cook quickly as it only takes about 5 minutes. The peppers will start to pop which is fine as you want them to blister. Keep turning them so as not to overcook or burn them. Remove peppers from heat and plate them, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to your preference.
