Granola, Healthy & Simple
Granola without so much sugar and it taste great. Healthy with old fashioned oats and good fats. You can create your favorite recipe by adding some of your favorite ingredients. My oven is best at 300 degrees and 25 minutes cooking time.
take 2 cups of rolled oats, 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or seed of choice). 1/2 cup shredded coconut , 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) and mix together.
In a saucepan melt 2 tbls honey, 1 tbls maple syrup and 2 tbls coconut or oil of choice. mix into dry ingredients.
cook in oven at 325 degrees for twenty minutes
