Never Dry Again
Are you tired of your barbecue grill drying out your chicken? I finally developed this recipe after many attempts to get it right. This recipe has been a favorite for many years with my family and friends. Now you can wow your friends with a great taste.
Use chicken thighs with the bone in, remove the skin and season with garlic salt and pepper. cook on a medium high grill turning frequently for around twenty minutes. once browned on each side wrap 6-8 thighs in parchment paper and then seal in aluminum foil. Return to grill and cook over indirect heat with the lid down for an additional 30 minutes.
